Drafting Guideline
According to the experience of being engaged in R&D on polyurea for 15 years, Prof. Huang took part in drafting “Temporary Technological Guideline for Spraying Polyurea As the Waterproofing Layer on the Bridge Beams of Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway” (B-S Project).
Jobsite Training
In need of the necessary of professional applicators for B-S Project, the First Training Course on Polyurea Technology at the Jobsite of Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway successfully hosted by Research Institute of Functional Materials, Qingdao Technological University.
All attendees received hands-on, in-depth training on how to use and troubleshoot plural component equipment, spray guns, machine hoses, parts and accessories; Each participant also spends time learning the core content of the monograph “Spray Polyurea Elastomer Technology”, Shot blasting machine, automatic spray rig, adhesion tester, thickness gauge, temperature measurement instrument, Qtech-112 all-weather substrate processing system, fast identification method of pure polyurea vs hybrid and proper spray techniques for applying Polyurea.
Technical Service
“Qingdao Shamu International Trade CO., LTD.” is in charge of the Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway polyurea waterproof layer formulation, engineering design and construction, raw material and spray equipment consulting.
We also consult in design, formulation, training, testing, application and supervision in Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway polyurea project.
